The Ombudsman is particularly outraged by cases when TCC employees use physical force against Ukrainian citizens. He confirmed that his office had received such complaints.
"I will not say that they are systemic (abductions - ed.), that there are many of them, but we are also approached with such cases. It's very simple. I open proceedings and send all inquiries. We have also sent monitoring checks to some TCCs," Lubinets said.
Once the facts are confirmed, the ombudsman raises the issue at the management level, "so that some kind of disciplinary proceedings can be opened against them, and the top management can decide on the punishment of their subordinates."
As a reminder, on 12 January, the executive committee of the Dnipro City Council published a draft decision on the establishment of special notification stations and a group to search for persons liable for military service.
